Job Title: Legal Office Clerk (Legal Assistant II)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Start Date: July 27, 2026

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $18.66/hour

Contract: Through December 31, 2026

Join our team as a Legal Office Clerk and support critical legal operations in a fast‑paced government office. This position offers a hybrid schedule—initially onsite, with the option to work remotely one day per week after training. If you’re organized, tech‑savvy, and excel at multitasking, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and document support to legal staff.
  • Organize and file legal correspondence and reports.
  • Use Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe platforms.
  • Assist with research and case management tasks.
  • Handle sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Proficient with computer programs (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe).
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Legal or office experience preferred.
  • Local candidates required—must list current location on resume.
  • Available for in‑person interview and able to start within 2 weeks of an offer.

Work Arrangement: Full‑time (40 hrs/week), training is onsite; after training, hybrid schedule with 1 remote day per week.
