Escrow Administrative Assistant

LHH Talent -  - Responsibilities:
Research and accurately enter property tax and property insurance information into the servicing system;
Maintain accurate data entry and records for escrow (impound) accounts, including tax and insurance documentation;
Communicate with insurance agents, taxing authorities, and customers to verify, update, and resolve account information;
Process property tax and insurance payments accurately and within required timelines;
Prepare and distribute weekly tax and insurance notices and customer correspondence
