Term: 12 month position
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Position Summary:
The Record Specialist provides supportive services to students, staff and parents for the purpose of maintaining transcripts, concurrent enrollment information, confirming graduation requirements, and preparing graduation marching lists and programs.
- High School Diploma
- One year of experience working directly with students in a high school setting as a Records Specialist or the Administrative Assistant of Academics preferred.
- One year of secretarial/clerical experience preferred.
