TBL Mission Critical seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support project management activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Utilize project management software, such as Procore, to track progress, manage workflows, and ensure seamless communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure prompt resolution.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Proactively identify potential risks or delays and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all administrative and operational tasks.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Experience with Procore or similar project management software is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to follow through on tasks independently.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, and workflows.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
