If you excel in dynamic, purpose-driven settings—where attention to detail, responsiveness, and structure drive family engagement and enrollment success—this hybrid role combines remote flexibility with consistent in-person presence at key admissions activities.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinating and executing admissions events, campus visits, and shadow days from planning to follow-up
  • Keeping applicant records complete and precise across CRM systems and admissions tools
  • Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational approach, respond to questions, and document key information
  • Working closely with campus and admissions teams to maintain a streamlined and effective enrollment process
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Rendering final admissions verdicts or shaping enrollment policies
