Japanese Bilingual Operations Translator & Assistant

Currently Japanese manufacturing company, is looking for a Japanese bilingual /Operations Translator & Assistant

• Provide Japanese-English interpretation for management, meetings, and employee communications
• Translate technical documents, presentations, emails, and correspondence
• Support management by scheduling meetings and handling administrative tasks
• Assist with production scheduling, inventory, data entry, and operations support
• Manage office and operational supplies
• Support expatriate employees with housing and related documentation
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Business-level Japanese and English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with Japanese and U.S. business culture
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of inventory systems preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Ability to stand and walk frequently and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Must be able to work safely in both office and manufacturing environments
