* About the Role:

*
* As a Sr. Project Coordinator, you will provide advanced administrative support to the team. This includes project documentation preparation, escalation for commitment, invoice & pay application processing, and financial reconciliations.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.  This position will be REMOTE, but must be a US Citizen.

** What You'll Do:*
* ** Data Entry & System Maintenance*
* + Input project     budgets, actual costs, and funding allocations into Kahua modules.

+ Log daily     project logs, field reports, and construction progress milestones.

+ Update     schedules, task lists, and resource allocations based on Project Manager     inputs.

** Document Control & Governance*
* + Process and     track Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders.

+ Upload,     organize, and maintain contract documents and design files in the PJM file     manager.

+ Verify that all     uploaded records comply with PMO standardization and compliance rules.

** Reporting & Financial Support*
* + Pull weekly and     monthly status reports from PJM tool for PMO leadership.

+ Track vendor     invoices and purchase orders against approved budgets within the system.

+ Identify data     discrepancies or gaps inside PJM tool and escalate them to project teams.

+ Assist the     project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial     reconciliation

+ Assist with     processing invoices and pay applications. Help with project administration     deliverables.

** Stakeholder Coordination*
* + Act as the     primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors regarding     PJM data entry.

+ Schedule regular     project health review meetings and document action items.

** What You'll Need:*
* + Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of experience in a PMO, construction, or engineering coordinator role.

+

Experience with Kahua or similar enterprise project management tools.

+ Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is 60,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.  Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program.
