Administer daily safety orientation onboarding and badging documentation for all incoming personnel and subcontractor crews;
Verify and maintain records of specialized trade certifications, high-hazard permits, and regulatory compliance documentation;
Maintain the master site roster, contractor directory, and emergency contact lists;
Track and log daily safety inspection reports, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Pre-Task Plans (PTPs), and safety observation cards;
Coordinate scheduling for internal and third-party site safety audits, OSHA visits, and client inspections
