We Require:

• Two years of administrative experience
• High school diploma or GED
• A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualification on a year-for-year basis

We Also Value:

• Bi-lingual
• Experience working as an administrative assistant
• Experience with government agencies

Job Contributions:

• Assist Customers at the Planning and Development reception area or over the phone
• Gather Relevant information from customers and call down the appropriate on-call team member
• Provide online guidance for setting up accounts, uploading revised plans, and/or online payments within the Planning and Development Permitting System
• Provide administrative support to divisions by returning email/phone inquiries to customers
• Provide administrative support to divisions by processing permit extensions, cancellations, and modifications within the Planning and Development Permitting System
• Provide administrative support to the Management Analyst as requested
• Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

• Exerting up to 10 pounds occasionally or negligible weights frequently; sitting most of the time
• Position is typically office or administrative work and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
