Job Description We are seeking a Property Tax Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in administrative support, customer service, and data management and a proven ability to organize workflows, maintain accurate records, and support district communications. Responsibilities:
Maintain supplies and unit inventories, including employee equipment. Provide customer service and route incoming district phone calls appropriately. Administer unit communications and routine district correspondence to external agencies. Process, distribute, and track district mail and incoming fax correspondence. Monitor and maintain unit general correspondence directories, contact lists, and distribution lists. Administer requests and deliver boxed documents from Iron Mountain. Perform filing, data entry, and report tracking;
provide backup assistance for unit groups. Provide administrative support on assigned tasks, including address changes, form handling, scanning, file management, and document preparation. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Proficiency with data entry, mail processing, inventory management, and document organization. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
Experience with scanning, renaming, and storing electronic documents using standard naming conventions. Comfort with Microsoft and Google platforms and basic file migrations. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred
Skills:
Experience verifying website links and reviewing forms for accuracy. Familiarity with Power of Attorney and property notice processes. Work Arrangement:
