Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to support several key areas of our operations, including administrative support, provider travel coordination, and systems management.
The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and committed to accuracy and organization. This individual will play an important role in supporting our internal teams and healthcare providers while helping ensure our day-to-day processes run efficiently.
Responsibilities Administrative Support- Manage and maintain provider information, profiles, and documentation across internal systems and databases, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Assist with general administrative projects and day-to-day operational needs
- Research and book flights, rental cars, and lodging for physicians and advanced practice providers traveling for assignments
- Coordinate travel arrangements based on provider and assignment requirements
- Assist with travel changes, cancellations, and other needs as they arise
- Maintain accurate travel records and documentation
- Manage and maintain various administrative systems, databases, and records
- Ensure information is entered accurately and kept up to date
- Assist with data management, reporting, and system-related administrative projects
- Support internal teams with system and process needs as necessary
- High level of organization with the ability to effectively multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and databases
- Experience with in the healthcare staffing industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, administrative support, and/or travel coordination preferred
