The Role

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our Arizona office. This is a hybrid role — you’ll need to be local to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and available for in-office work. You’ll handle scheduling, correspondence, office coordination, and general administrative support for the founder and team.

This is a part-time position with potential to grow.

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
• Experience with scheduling, travel coordination, and office management
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with varied responsibilities
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Must be located in the Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ area
• Bonus: familiarity with tech startups or cybersecurity industry

• Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
• Handle correspondence: email, phone, and mail
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and workspace organization
• Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking
• Support document preparation, filing, and record keeping
• Help with vendor coordination and basic procurement
• Provide general administrative support to the founder and leadership team
• Assist with event logistics for local meetups or team gatherings
