Dental Front Office Receptionist

About the role We're looking for an upbeat, people-loving person to be the first face our patients see. This is an entry-level position with real room to grow. We'll train you in scheduling, insurance, billing, and treatment coordination, and as you develop, you can advance into higher-paying front office roles within our practice. What you'll do

• Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and answer phones with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Schedule appointments and keep the day running smoothly
• Help patients understand their treatment, insurance benefits, and payment options so they feel confident moving forward with care
• Collect payments and handle basic account questions
• Verify insurance and keep patient records accurate
• Learn to present treatment plans and help patients say yes to the care that improves their health

What we're looking for

• You genuinely enjoy people and making their day better
• Outgoing, positive, and comfortable starting conversations
• Interested in learning how to guide and persuade people toward good decisions for their health
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software
• Solid basic math skills (payments, balances, percentages)
• Reliable, organized, and coachable
• Dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.

Where this can lead With training and performance, this role can grow into positions like treatment coordinator, insurance/billing coordinator, or office manager, with pay increases as your skills and responsibilities grow.
