Responsibilities - Vehicle Acquisition Specialist:

• Find and purchase the best mix of vehicles for our used car inventory.
• Utilize multiple platforms to prospect for vehicle sellers using Autotrader, , Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Social Media and the Service Drive
• Follow up on internet leads from Kelly Blue Book customers
• Schedule KBB appointments and coordinate with Used Car Manager
• Work with logistical partners to arrange vehicle transportation
• Manage the reconditioning process of used cars
• Ask service lane customers about acquiring their vehicle
• Contact internet and phone leads submitted by customers seeking to sell their vehicles.
• Follow up internet leads from Kelly Blue Book customers
• Appraise and identify values on vehicles
• Merchandise inventory on the lot
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements - Vehicle Acquisition Specialist:

• Automotive appraisal and purchasing experience is preferred
• Proficient computer skills and experience navigating multiple internet and social media sites
• Good negotiation, communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, professional, ethical and respectful
• Driver's license and good driving record

• High school diploma or GED
