Collison Estimator

Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including:

• Writing estimates
• Conducting process reviews
• Checking in customer vehicles
• Completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalizing total loss administration
• Providing post repair plan communication and customer status updates while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
• Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

• Physical capability to perform consistent activity—reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs
• Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
• Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
• Strong sales orientation
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Prioritization and adaptation to a fast‑paced environment
