Job Summary
Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including:
- Writing estimates
- Conducting process reviews
- Checking in customer vehicles
- Completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
- Finalizing total loss administration
- Providing post repair plan communication and customer status updates while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards

- 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Physical capability to perform consistent activity—reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs
- Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Prioritization and adaptation to a fast‑paced environment
