Maintenance Technician

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician located at Sky Harbor Airport Service Centers, which are located at the Sky Harbor Airport Vehicle Rental Facility and on our Remarketing Lot, located at 1800 W Watkins St.

Position is full-time (40 hours per week).

Shift scheduling:
Sky Harbor 1st Shift: Sunday
- Wednesday 6:00am - 4:30pm.
Sky Harbor 2nd Shift: Tuesday
- Saturday 2:30pm - 11:00pm and Sunday
- Thursday 2:30pm - 11:00pm. Must be available to work one of the following schedules. 1st Shift pays $19.00/hour (with 2 years professional experience $20.00/hour). 2nd shift pays an additional $1/hour. Additional $1/hour for A5 brake certification and $0.50/hour for each ASE certification (A1,A2,A4-A8) for both shifts. Saturday and Sunday shifts receive an additional $2.50/hr premium.

Accepted experience: performing mechanical automotive repairs in a professional environment within the last 5 years.

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines
• Repair and replace tires
• Replace wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers)
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a repair order (RO) to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services
• May process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backs
• Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards
• Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• Minimum of 1 year experience mechanical automotive repairs, in a professional environment, within the last 5 years
• Requires ownership of standard hand tools to perform basic maintenance and repair responsibilities
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
