Pro Color Collision Phoenix is looking for a dependable, motivated Automotive Detailer to join our collision repair team.

The Detailer plays an important role in our production process. You’re the final set of eyes on the vehicle before it goes back to the customer. Your job is to make sure every vehicle leaves our shop clean, polished, professional, and representative of the quality of work we expect from ourselves.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with a sense of urgency, communicates well, and is willing to jump in wherever the team needs help.

• Detail and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors
• Prepare completed vehicles for customer delivery
• Inspect vehicles before delivery and identify any quality concerns
• Perform buffing and polishing as needed
• Notify management of additional damage or repairs that may be needed
• Communicate issues that could affect quality or promised completion times
• Follow the production schedule and complete work on time
• Maintain detailing tools and equipment
• Keep the shop and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with transporting vehicles to vendors when needed
• Safely operate customer and company vehicles
• Help the production team wherever needed

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to safely drive customer and company vehicles
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work around vehicles for extended periods

• Automotive detailing experience
• Buffing and polishing experience
• Body shop or collision repair experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

• $18–$22 per hour
