Martins Auto Repair is seeking B- and C-Level Automotive Technicians in Phoenix, AZ. This Monday-Friday opportunity pays $20-$25 per hour, with additional commission/incentive opportunity after probation. The shop offers steady vehicle volume, hands-on training, ASE certification assistance/reimbursement, and an opportunity for developing technicians to continue building their diagnostic and repair skills.

• Perform general automotive maintenance, service, and repair based on experience and skill level.
• Complete scheduled maintenance services and comprehensive vehicle inspections.
• Identify mechanical and safety concerns during inspections.
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, fluid services, and other general automotive repairs.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections using Tekmetric.
• Assist with diagnostic and repair work while continuing to develop technical skills.
• Maintain accurate, quality workmanship and an organized, professional work area.
• Work with service advisors, who handle parts ordering, to support an efficient repair workflow.

• At least 2 years of professional automotive experience.
• Experience performing general automotive maintenance and repair.
• Ability to complete comprehensive vehicle inspections.
• Experience with general repair work such as brakes, suspension, steering, and fluid services.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn and continue developing technical skills.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• Tekmetric or digital vehicle inspection experience is a plus;
  European automotive experience and independent repair shop experience are also helpful but not required.

• $20-$25 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
• Additional commission/incentive compensation after the probationary period.
• The standard probationary period is approximately 60-90 days and may be shortened to approximately 30 days based on demonstrated performance and potential.
• Semi-monthly pay with two paychecks per month.

Martins Auto Repair services approximately 50-75 vehicles per week, with an average repair order of approximately $800. The vehicle mix includes domestic, European, and other import vehicles, giving B- and C-Level Technicians exposure to a variety of maintenance and repair work. European experience is not required.

The shop uses Tekmetric for shop management and digital vehicle inspections, along with Autologic, Autel, and Bosch diagnostic equipment. Service advisors handle parts ordering so technicians can remain focused on servicing and repairing vehicles.

The schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:0 AM-5:00 PM with no regular weekends.

Some positions may require a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle record review, background screening, drug or alcohol screening, or other job-related pre-employment requirements based on the duties of the position, the client’s lawful requirements, and applicable law.
