Martin's Auto Repair is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and general automotive service. Technicians earn $45-$55 per flagged hour with a 40-hour flat-rate minimum guarantee, subject to performance and work expectations.

The shop services approximately 50-75 vehicles per week and offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no regular weekends. The vehicle mix includes domestic and European vehicles, and European experience is not required; training is available.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and vehicle performance concerns.
• Perform advanced automotive repairs, general repairs, and maintenance.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs based on diagnostic and inspection findings.
• Use professional scan tools and diagnostic equipment, including Autologic, Autel, and Bosch equipment.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections using Tekmetric.
• Maintain accurate, efficient workmanship and communicate repair findings to Service Advisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Focus on diagnostics and repairs while Service Advisors handle parts ordering.

• Approximately 5-10 years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong automotive diagnostic and repair capabilities.
• Ability to work independently on complex repairs.
• Experience inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of vehicles.
• ASE certifications preferred;
  Master-level or advanced ASE certifications are a plus.
• European vehicle experience is a plus but not required.
• Tekmetric or digital vehicle inspection experience is helpful but not required.

• $45-$55 per flagged hour, based on job-related factors including experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and overall skill level.
• 40-hour flat-rate minimum guarantee generally provided when performance and work expectations are met.

Martin's Auto Repair services approximately 50-75 vehicles per week with an average repair order of approximately $800, supporting consistent workflow for an experienced technician. The vehicle mix includes approximately 51% domestic and 28% European vehicles.

Technicians have access to Tekmetric for shop management and digital vehicle inspections, along with Autologic, Autel, and Bosch diagnostic equipment. European experience is not required, and training is available for a strong technician willing to learn. Service Advisors handle parts ordering so technicians can stay focused on diagnosis and repair.

The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, with no regular weekends. Shop bays do not have air conditioning or direct heat.
