The Job/What You’ll Do
As a Sales Coordinator at Asset Mark, you support our sales team while gaining experience in a dynamic environment. This role offers growth potential in sales, finance, and more. Ideal for strong communicators who enjoy helping customers achieve their goals.
- Generate and manage financial reports for the sales team
- Perform maintenance and administration tasks within Salesforce
- Order marketing materials for advisors and the sales team
- Execute call campaigns to drive participation in conferences, webinars, and regional events
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team’s goals
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
- Sales or customer service experience
Base Salary: $45,000–$50,000 (depending on experience). Eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
