Pay Range: $33 - $35 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Note:
  This position is Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, San Antonio, TX, Chesapeake, VA, Tampa, FL
• Will support the claims business process owner team in documenting existing processes as well as developing or enhancing existing processes
• Use of Visio to document process mapping and Microsoft Word to draft process documentation for ingestion into client's governance document system.

• Auto claims experience process ownership experience is helpful to include claims routing, Guidewire, auto repair, and liability investigations.
• Candidate will help in documenting and refining processes.
• Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems and activities, and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop/advise on policies, standards, risk management, and controls related to relevant processes.
• Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business processes.
