Communications Coordinator; Claims Process

Immediate need for a talented Communications Coordinator (Claims Process). This is a 10+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, San Antonio, TX, Chesapeake, VA, Tampa, FL(Onsite). Pay Range: $38 - $40 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Note:
  This position is Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, San Antonio, TX, Chesapeake, VA, Tampa, FL
• Create and maintain a SharePoint site for claims business process teams and create reporting, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations for scheduled and ad hoc reporting and requests for information.
• Will support 7 teams in the Claims Optimization business process department with reporting, content, websites, etc., to provide progress and impact of work in progress and work completed

• Key skills:
  
  -  SharePoint ,  Jira , “Claims",  PowerPoint , “Graphic Design"
• Strong graphic design and PowerPoint experience
• Effectively communicates complex information and ideas to diverse audiences, including stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong experience in determining the optimal way to aggregate and communicate information
• SharePoint and Microsoft Suite
• Strong written communication and the ability to create compelling visuals, decks, and sites to keep stakeholders informed of the work and results.
• Business process experience or experience in claims is helpful, but may not be required.
