Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess various processes and compose specific plans to use that analysis to improve business performance.
- Gather necessary information, perform data analysis, and maintain data and analyses for future use in financial planning.
- Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs.
- Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs.
- Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways.
- Identify user needs from user requests and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate the quality of the final analysis.
- Use Visio to document process mapping and Microsoft Word to draft process documentation for ingestion into governance document system.
- Support claims business process owner team in documenting existing processes as well as developing or enhancing existing processes.
- Help in documenting and refining processes.
- Experience with Visio and Microsoft Suite.
- Must excel in strategic thinking, financial analysis, strategy development, and decision making.
- Auto claims experience, process ownership experience (including claims routing, Guidewire, auto repair, and liability investigations) is helpful.
- To be considered, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed.
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
