Corner Stone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced Executive Consultant to engage with clients across the full spectrum of business strategy through execution. This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, leading complex consulting engagements focused on strategic planning, technology alignment, vendor negotiations, and business performance improvement.

• Lead and manage client engagements from planning through delivery
• Develop project plans, task schedules, and coordinate client interviews
• Conduct executive-level interviews to assess business and technology environments
• Analyze current‑state processes and identify performance improvement opportunities
• Document business requirements, findings, and engagement results
• Review and negotiate vendor contracts and commercial terms
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Support proposal development and business growth initiatives
• Contribute to development of consulting methodologies and intellectual property
• Manage administrative tasks including time tracking and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 10+ years of related professional experience
• Deep and broad knowledge of strategic credit union technology
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage complex, enterprise‑level initiatives while maintaining attention to detail

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Business consulting experience
