For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).

We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.

Summary of Duties

The Business Development Representative is responsible for establishing, developing and growing the assigned territory and specific accounts. This position is responsible for driving results for their region by engaging both new and existing referral sources and achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with expectations of UHS standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred. Experience may be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis in lieu of a degree.
  • Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
  • Prefer knowledge of the local behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and, age‑specific programming.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and pass a 39 month driving report.
