Purchasing Specialist, Mega Projects

** Purchasing Specialist**. This role is crucial to the success of the Procurement Team. This position is responsible for supporting the Purchasing Team by placing orders, processing transfers and invoices, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating with internal teams as well as external vendors. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

** Review non-stock sales for Mega Projects to determine opportunity to adjust stocking profile at each location Additional ad-hoc responsibilities as necessary.

Skills and Abilities

** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in both a team environment and independently. Positive interpersonal skills with a “can-do” attitude.
** Education and Experience
** Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge.

Experience with Rental Man.

Experience with Coupa.
