Procurement Specialist

Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a top-tier client in Tempe to hire a Procurement Specialist who is analytical, strategic, and ready to make a real impact. This is a direct-hire, hybrid role offering cross-functional exposure, visibility, and opportunities to grow.

• Analyze company-wide spend and categorize suppliers

• Review and process spend and usage data from multiple sources

• Maintain and update supplier contracts and key dates

• Prepare reports and track procurement metrics for internal teams

• Support RFPs and bid packages from a data and documentation perspective

• Assist with contract review and compliance tracking

• Document and standardize procurement and sourcing processes

• Monitor supplier performance and maintain scorecards

• Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, or analyst roles

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience with ERP systems and procurement/contract management tools
