About This Role

The Senior Manager of Partner Success owns the end-to-end partner and sales experience, ensuring teams can operate efficiently across markets, tools, finance programs, and processes with minimal friction or rework. This senior, cross-functional leader oversees Partner Success and Sales Support while designing and improving the operating model behind how sales executes. The role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Enablement, and Operations to enhance sales readiness, partner experience, and overall revenue performance.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end partner and sales rep experience, from onboarding through steady-state performance.
  • Lead Sales Support, defining SLAs, escalation paths, and intake processes.
  • Improve Account Executive effectiveness by reducing operational bottlenecks and process friction.
  • Own sales tooling and workflows, including proposal platforms (Solo, Aurora), ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
  • Manage the finance program lifecycle, ensuring correct configuration and availability within sales tools.
  • Lead sales-side readiness for new market launches, ensuring tools, documentation, and enablement are in place.
  • Drive improvements in retention, pull-through, NTP conversion, and overall partner satisfaction.
  • Own partner-facing communications and enablement materials to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including SLAs, cycle time, rework, and NPS.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in Partner Success, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related function.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Operations, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in the solar industry or distributed energy/home services environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and operational skill set with experience improving metrics such as cycle time, conversion rates, and SLA adherence.
  • Hands-on experience managing CRM, proposal, or quoting tools and sales workflows.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing managers or senior contributors.
  • Strong executive communication and strategic problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting partner-led or channel sales models.
  • Experience launching new markets or supporting multi-market operations.
  • Background in high-growth or scaling organizations.
