Description
The Client Success Analyst is a data-driven role supporting revenue growth and client satisfaction across all products and software offerings. This position was created due to rapid company expansion and will directly support revenue-generating teams. The ideal candidate is curious, confident, and skilled at analyzing data to inform high-value business decisions.
The role begins with coordination and data-processing responsibilities but is designed for fast progression. As the Analyst grows, they will become a strategic partner to suppliers and internal stakeholders, driving initiatives that enhance profitability in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities Initial Focus on Accuracy and Coordination- Manage initial administrative responsibilities, including inbound coordinating and data invoice processing.
- Process and reconcile invoices with inventory records to ensure accuracy and alignment between payments and received goods.
- Data Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Monitor and track key client success metrics, including revenue growth, engagement, and overall performance.
- Develop and deliver insightful reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze programs both internally and externally to optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, eventually negotiating with and engaging directly with buyers.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with the sourcing and sales teams to develop strategies that drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Actively participate in the sales and onboarding process for new clients.
- Create content, attend trade shows, and partner with operations for testing to increase profitability.
- Make recommendations for business systems process improvements.
- Contribute to sourcing decisions as the role evolves.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Google Looker, or Power BI)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. >
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work. - Experience in the liquidation, auction, or secondary market industry is a plus but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in client success, business analytics, or a related role
- Familiarity with MySQL or other relational database systems
- Strong understanding of client success metrics and revenue-driven strategies
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and present them clearly to stakeholders
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
