  • Combination of on-site presence and remote coordination.
  • Periodic domestic travel for project site coordination, vendor meetings, and operational support; up to 20–30% travel depending on business needs (may include occasional evenings or weekends).

About

The Role

The Logistics Coordinator ensures the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of logistics activities across multiple projects and locations. This includes managing transportation, scheduling deliveries, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, tracking materials and equipment, and supporting field operations.

The role works closely with operations, procurement, finance, and compliance teams to ensure materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with safety and regulatory standards.

Reporting Relationship

The Logistics Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations (or Operations Manager) and collaborates cross‑functionally with project managers, procurement teams, warehouse personnel, and field supervisors. Regular updates will be provided through operational meetings, project reviews, and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring efficient movement of materials, equipment, and resources across distributed operations.

Logistics Planning & Coordination
  • Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules for materials and equipment.
  • Manage shipment tracking, freight coordination, and vendor communications.
  • Optimize routing and scheduling to reduce delays and costs.
  • Support mobilization and demobilization of field teams and equipment.
Inventory & Asset Management
  • Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and job sites.
  • Coordinate material procurement and replenishment in partnership with purchasing.
  • Track tools, equipment, and mission‑critical assets.
