AboutThe Role
The Logistics Coordinator ensures the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of logistics activities across multiple projects and locations. This includes managing transportation, scheduling deliveries, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, tracking materials and equipment, and supporting field operations.
The role works closely with operations, procurement, finance, and compliance teams to ensure materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with safety and regulatory standards.
Reporting RelationshipThe Logistics Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations (or Operations Manager) and collaborates cross‑functionally with project managers, procurement teams, warehouse personnel, and field supervisors. Regular updates will be provided through operational meetings, project reviews, and reporting systems.
