Business Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, and managing the sales pipeline. Key responsibilities include market research, creating strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence.

• Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Market Research and Data Analysis proficiency
• Contract Negotiation and Closing Sales expertise
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently
• Experience in the technology or consulting industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site at the Greater Phoenix area location
