Product Manager

(Please no 3rd party subcontractor inquiries - please apply appropriately) Our financial services client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be an integral part of the Data Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Product Manager - Data Management / Data Architecture

Location: Phoenix, Arizona - hybrid

Pay Range: Market

Type: Contract

• Analyze finance processes and perform data mapping, gap analysis, and develop source-to-target mapping documents for credit card data products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside of Finance to understand and document process requirements related to data, transformations, and reporting outputs.
• Participate in developing strategies, best practices, and standards for data management, security, and data products.
• Create features for ongoing sprints, manage prioritized data requirements, and document processing needs including data volume, security, and performance metrics.
• Work with technology teams and stakeholders to design, deploy, and validate data solutions supporting finance reporting and analytics needs.

• Experience in finance process analysis and data management.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data security, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in solution design, testing, and deployment of data solutions.
