The OpportunityWe're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help expand our presence across the Greater Phoenix market.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and closing complex commercial projects. You'll work with general contractors, municipalities, HOAs, facility managers, developers, and industrial clients to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute strategic business development plans throughout the Phoenix market
- Generate new commercial, municipal, and industrial opportunities
- Build relationships with general contractors, developers, procurement officials, HOA management companies, and facility leaders
- Lead the sales process from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Represent PSG at industry events, trade associations, networking functions, and pre-bid meetings
- Monitor public bid opportunities and procurement portals
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting through CRM tools

- 5+ years of outside B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in construction, specialty trades, building products, security systems, fencing, gates, automation, or related industries preferred
- Proven track record of generating and closing commercial opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Experience working with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with public procurement or municipal sales is a plus
- Self-starter who can effectively manage a large territory
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000
- On-Target Earnings: $130,000–$150,000+
- Uncapped commission structure
