The Procurement Specialist will play a key role in supporting the procurement process and company supply chain by ensuring timely purchasing within established authority and approval levels. In this role, you will place and monitor orders through the supply chain. You will have regular communication and follow up with vendors and help ensure on‑time delivery of assets, materials, and services. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, both within the department and externally.
This role is based in Phoenix, AZ and follows a hybrid work schedule.
- Convert requisitions to purchase orders
- Coordinate timing, deliveries, associated costs
- Track vendor related spend and develop KPIs
- Develop reports for upper management on spend, KPIs, vendor performance etc.
- Provide data to support optimization of costs and suppliers – driving decisions
- Confirm timing, pricing, and specifications with associated vendors
- Manage purchases through the supply chain and associated systems
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Great communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to pivot quickly on projects as needed by Operations

- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
- Occasional travel may be required
- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
