You’re a project management pro with an uncanny skill to create order from chaos and then expertly lead teams through change. - Collaborate with several functional departments and across leadership levels to drive projects that impact Turo Operations.
- Ensure project requests are well vetted and thought through using the DMAIC methodology.
- Identify, schedule, and lead project meetings when appropriate.
- Maintain clear roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and deadlines across 15+ concurrent projects on a rolling basis.
- Lead the most complex, highest-impact projects with the most cross‑functional dependencies and ambiguity.
- Create and maintain all Asana tasks with an exhaustive summary of all of the latest relevant information, progress update, and risks/obstacles.
- Propose and implement improvements to core processes that increase visibility into our work and enable teams to move faster and more efficiently.
- Protect the roadmap by ensuring active work stays aligned to teams’ stated priorities and by actively managing scope changes and tradeoffs.
- Keep team SOP documentation current, organized, and easy to find.
- Maintain a strong relationship with all Operations managers to ensure coordination of their initiatives while educating and guiding them through Turo processes and tools.
- BA or equivalent; 5+ years of experience managing projects.
- Proficiency working in systems:
Asana, Zoom, Figma, Slack, and GSuite. - Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience utilizing generative AI tools to streamline workflows or automate repetitive administrative tasks.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; extremely organized.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and gain consensus.
- Superb interpersonal skills with ability to clearly articulate project summaries, action items, and deliverables both verbally and in writing.
- Bonus:
Start‑up experience with ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment. - Bonus: PMP or CAPM certified.
For this role, the target base salary range in Phoenix is $92,000–$108,000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.

We encourage an in‑office presence on a hybrid schedule. The role will be in‑office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
