Senior Order Operations Specialist

Job Description

We plan to lead in the new era of luxury electric by returning to fundamentals of great design in service of the individual and environment.

We are seeking a Senior Order Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. In this role you will support the entire order lifecycle from reservation to delivery, spanning accounting, finance, and sales, and provide critical support to customer‑facing employees at headquarters and field sites.

• Manage customer order configurations, payments, and refunds.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Team to verify invoice accuracy and ensure precise revenue recognition.
• Handle change orders and order submissions within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy.
• Work closely with Finance, Audit, and Systems teams to ensure orders and payments appear correctly in all relevant systems.
• Coordinate customer cancellations, issuing refunds and providing proof of refunds.
• Create and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions for new team members.
• Provide operational support to business partners for ad‑hoc initiatives.

• Preferably 2 years of experience in Order Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Passion for the customer experience and understanding of how operational efficiencies impact said experience.
• Ability to multi‑task, be flexible, and perform in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proven track record of independent work and creative problem solving.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.

Base Pay: $27 – $38 USD per hour, offered in good faith based on location and experience.
