Open Tech Alliance is looking for a proactive Account Manager

Are you a relationship-builder who thrives on helping customers succeed and grow? Open Tech Alliance is looking for a proactive Account Manager to partner with our customers, strengthen long-term relationships, and drive account growth within an assigned territory.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in customer success by ensuring clients realize ongoing value from our solutions while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and improve performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with a portfolio of B2B customers
  • Partner with the Business Development Manager to support account growth and retention
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with customer goals
  • Lead onboarding and coordinate internal teams to ensure a smooth go-live experience
  • Monitor customer health, adoption, and success metrics to drive value realization
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights
  • Advocate for customers and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support trade shows, events, and webinars
  • Lead end-to-end sales efforts within an assigned territory, from outreach to close
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a B2B customer-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or similar)
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing diverse accounts from small businesses to enterprise clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Dynamics preferred)
  • Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed
