• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience
• Implement strategies and initiatives to optimize the customer experience
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer experience team
• Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives

• 5 years of proven experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate and influence cross‑functional teams
• Experience in customer experience management is preferred
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
