Position
Akkodis is seeking a Project Coordinator for a contract position with a client. Fully Remote (within 50 miles of Beaverton, OR; Phoenix, AZ; and Seattle, WA). Ideally, we are looking for applicants with a solid background and extensive experience with Project Coordination, Data Analysis & Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay RangePay Range: $19 to $21/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Resource will utilize SQL Server Management Studios (training provided). While a technical background is NOT required, comfort with technology/software will be. Entry level role that requires technological comfort/competence. Candidates who are over-qualified and have surpassed role in seniority will be deprioritized. Please ensure that the candidates have workspace that accommodates a laptop and 2 monitors.
Position SummaryEntry-level Project Coordination role who will assist the Project Management team with full-scope Project life‑cycle management. In addition to helping support the PM in overall project execution, the Project Coordinator will partner with several internal key departments including, but not limited to:
Data Services, Product/Website Development, Print/Mail Services, Call Center, Disbursements, and Claims Operations.
- Project Execution – Meet project requirements (kick‑off meetings, deadline management, client status reporting and other necessary project communication, and coordinate with the various operational teams) to deliver all project deliverables on time, within budget and at the highest quality standards.
- Internal Collaboration – Responsible for working with internal operational groups throughout the projects life cycles and coordinating deliverables to meet project objectives.
- Client Communication – Respond to client communications timely and accurately; understand client needs and feedback, collaborate and consult with clients and/or support project management team in doing so; follow up and communicate client's needs internally.
- Reporting & Documentation – Provide project reporting, perform analysis of reporting to ensure quality and contextualize results for client, draft project telephone scripts and website text, assist in development of business rules.
- Data Analysis – Review and analyze project data to enable recommendations for actionable intel or identification of illogical records to direct additional research or action.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Technological proficiency with a variety of software.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn and expand knowledge and skillset.
