Pay

Range

The Target Pay Range for this position is $173,500 – $211,900 annually. The full Pay Range is $135,100 – $250,600 annually. Compensation decisions factor in relevant skills, experience, education, and training. Incentive compensation is performance‑based and varies by role.

Location & Remote Info

We require candidates to reside in WA, OR, , AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA. If you live in Washington state and can commute to our headquarters in Tukwila on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you are expected to come in. Otherwise you may work remotely from any approved location. All employees—remote or onsite—are fully integrated into our collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives – Partner with senior leaders to bring divisional strategies to life and ensure initiatives are aligned, prioritized, and executed effectively.
  • Act as a Thought Partner – Provide internal consulting to leaders and teams to shape business growth strategies and operational improvements.
  • Lead Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and systems, and lead implementation of solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strengthen Planning & Cadence – Design and lead scalable planning processes—from quarterly planning to ongoing business rhythms—ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Guide Cross‑Functional Teams – Collaborate across product, operations, marketing, and more, ensuring alignment and strong execution across work streams.
  • Support Leadership Forums – Plan and facilitate leadership meetings, business reviews, and recognition programs that drive engagement and accountability.
  • Elevate Division Communication – Design and maintain communication strategies that keep teams informed, aligned, and connected to priorities and performance.
  • Create Executive‑Level Content – Develop high‑impact presentations, reports, and updates that enable informed decision‑making at the senior leadership level.
  • Support Risk Management – Coordinate operational risk activities, including business continuity and data governance efforts.
  • Ensure Compliance – Uphold policies and regulations while ensuring processes and documentation are accurate and effective.
  • Enable Strategic Planning & Budgeting – Support end‑to‑end planning processes, translating strategy into actionable, measurable plans.
  • Represent the Division – Participate in cross‑functional committees and working groups, serving as a trusted voice of the division.
