Job TitleRevenue Operations Manager (Healthcare / Insurance Operations)
OverviewCMIC is seeking a hands‑on Revenue Operations Manager to help scale a multi‑state healthcare organization by strengthening the systems, data, and processes that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who enjoys building structure from ambiguity, connecting operational dots across teams, and improving how revenue‑related work actually flows day to day. You’ll partner closely with leadership across operations, billing, finance, and technology to improve visibility, execution, and scalability as we expand into new and existing states.
This role is not a sales role — it’s about making revenue operations work better behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities Revenue & Operations Enablement- Serve as a power user and owner of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related revenue operations workflows
- Improve revenue lifecycle processes including intake, billing readiness, invoicing support, collections coordination, and reporting accuracy
- Partner with billing, finance, and administrative teams to reduce friction, errors, and delays in revenue‑related operations
- Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and operating standards
- Lead the creation and ongoing maintenance of a centralized Company Wiki / knowledge base (Year 1 core deliverable)
- Support integration and optimization of point solutions and internal tools across operations and finance
- Support data analysis and reporting that improves visibility into operational performance and revenue drivers
- Help standardize dashboards, reports, and tracking to support leadership decision‑making
- Identify gaps in data flow and propose practical improvements (not over‑engineered solutions)
- Support operational readiness for new state launches and market expansion
- Assist with rollout of new tools, workflows, and process changes by training and supporting internal teams
- Act as a connective tissue between teams to ensure changes actually stick
1–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, Professional Services, or a fast‑paced startup environment
Strong organizational and analytical skills with a bias toward execution
Comfortable working independently, managing multiple initiatives, and operating with incomplete information
Curious, detail‑oriented, and motivated by building systems that scale
Able to translate messy reality into clear processes and usable documentation
Tools & Experience (Nice to Have)- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP experience strongly preferred)
- Exposure to Quick Books or similar accounting / billing systems
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Ops, Finance, Billing, or Technology teams
High visibility and direct partnership with leadership
True ownership over revenue operations foundations
