Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring organizational strategies and priorities.
- Oversee cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with the executive team’s objectives.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead or participate in special initiatives as assigned by the Chief of Staff.
- Drive decisive execution of enterprise‑level priorities by cutting through ambiguity, removing barriers, and ensuring strategic initiatives move forward with urgency, clarity, and measurable impact.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders and facilitate clear communication.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations in collaboration with the Chief of Staff and support decision‑making, agenda setting, and material preparation for executive and Board of Directors meetings.
- Excellent judgment, problem‑solving skills, emotional intelligence, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen and prior experience in a high‑paced corporate environment.
- Expert‑level analytical skills and experience with leading, executing, and synthesizing complex research, analysis, and project initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment on assigned duties.
- Excellent relationship skills and a proven ability to accomplish tasks in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in understanding government services or government consulting services.
Maximus compensation is based on a variety of factors including job location, a candidate’s education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis, and internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus’s total compensation package.
Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant’s salary history will not be used in determining compensation.
