Salesforce Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technology partners to gather, analyze, and document product requirements.
• Define, maintain, and deliver the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve product issues.
• Provide leadership in product design and enhancement decisions, exercising sound judgment on priorities and delivery approaches.
• Conduct research, evaluate options, and make recommendations to address product design and enhancement challenges.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align work schedules, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong hands‑on Salesforce build experience (configuration, customization, and platform capabilities).
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, business, and technology teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and decision‑making skills.

• Experience managing complex Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and product lifecycle management.
