Responsibilities:/strong/p ul li Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them./li li Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all service department staff./li li Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department./li li Monitors and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys./li li Develops and implements a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business./li

li Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc./li li Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures./li /ul pstrong

Qualifications:

/strong/p ul li Bachelors degree (B.

A.) from four-year College or university, preferred./li liTwo to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience./li liMust be able to manage simultaneous custom projects with strong understanding of production scheduling./li liMust have good verbal communication skills and the ability to calmly resolve issues that arise./li liMust be able to motivate others and lead by example./li

liMust be self-motivated, detail oriented and professional at all times./li li Manufacturer Training/li li Musthave a valid Drivers License./li /ul p/p pstrong
