GENERAL SUMMARY: The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager leads organizational change management programs and plays a crucial role in ensuring successful outcomes by focusing on the people side of change. The OCM manager is responsible for driving adoption, increasing utilization of changes, and achieving positive outcomes for the organization. Thrives in a fast-paced, global, and changing environment. A brand consumer and advocate for Gap Inc brands.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: This position will interact with corporate business partners and trainers in other areas of the organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Understands the bigger picture of how business functions interact in a global company.
- Sets and maintains high-quality standards for OCM programs to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption.
- Knowledge of program/project management and organizational change management best practices.
- Highly skilled with PC skills:
Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. - Experienced user of project management skills and tools (Smart Sheet) to manage multiple projects and to define and meet milestones, communicate issues and risks while maintaining control over quality, cost, and schedule.
