E3 Displays is seeking a highly organized, business-minded professional to lead the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs while managing the ongoing business operations of an assigned strategic customer portfolio.
This role serves as the central point of coordination across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales to ensure products move successfully from concept through production while supporting the continued growth and profitability of existing programs.
The NPI Program Lead is more than a project coordinator—they are a business owner responsible for driving execution, identifying risks, facilitating informed decisions, and ensuring the organization is prepared to successfully deliver customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities- Lead assigned New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from customer award through production release.
- Develop and maintain program execution plans, milestones, priorities, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales.
- Identify program risks early and drive mitigation plans to maintain customer commitments.
- Ensure engineering deliverables, documentation, supply chain readiness, manufacturing planning, and quality requirements are completed prior to production launch.
- Drive accountability across functional teams to achieve program objectives.
- Prepare and communicate accurate program status to internal leadership and customers.
Serve as the primary internal business lead for an assigned strategic customer portfolio consisting of multiple active product configurations.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate ongoing engineering changes, product lifecycle activities, and customer requests.
- Balance customer priorities with business objectives, manufacturing capacity, and schedule commitments.
- Monitor program financial performance including product cost, gross margin, engineering change impacts, and pricing considerations.
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve overall program profitability.
- Support quotation activities, configuration management, and lifecycle planning.
- Build strong working relationships with customers while coordinating internal execution across departments.
- Participate as a key stakeholder in the weekly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
- Present program status, customer demand changes, launch schedules, key risks, mitigation strategies, and resource constraints.
- Coordinate cross-functional actions required to maintain operational readiness.
- Lead recurring program reviews that drive decisions, accountability, and measurable progress.
- Hold stakeholders accountable for commitments while removing obstacles impacting successful execution.
- Escalate critical issues with recommended solutions and clear business impacts.
- Continuously improve NPI processes, business workflows, and program management systems.
- Develop scalable tools, dashboards, templates, and standard work that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled technologies to reduce manual effort, improve visibility, and support company growth.
- Champion practical process improvements that increase efficiency while maintaining a lean operating environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related technical or business discipline.
