Senior Operational Excellence Analyst

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Honeywell Aerospace Senior Operational Excellence Analyst. You will report directly to the Senior Director for Operational Excellence, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

As the Honeywell Aerospace Senior Operational Excellence Analyst, you will have the broad opportunity to develop and demonstrate process knowledge & leadership skills, while playing an instrumental role in the success of the company. This role will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that enhance performance.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives.
• Combine data from multiple systems to create Data Visualizations to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to derive insights and recommendations.
• Support workshops and training sessions to educate teams on best practices and transformation methodologies.
• Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition during transformation projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to transformation and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Analyst, preferably in Transformation or Change Management.
• 5-7 years of experience in Program/project management, process development, or related area.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• SAP and SharePoint experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Global cross‑functional teams.

• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Proven experience on continuous improvement, and understanding of Honeywell processes and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in process optimization, project management, operations management or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Data Science preferred.
