DutiesHelp
Specific duties include:
- Formulates, presents, executes, and analyzes organizational budgets in alignment with contract spend plan and bum rate.
- Executes procurements actions within specified deadlines and with consistent technical accuracy.
- Monitors contractor performance to assure compliance with PWS, agency regulations and procedures, program directives, timely and accurate invoicing, technical requirements as well as completion of CPARS.
- Prepares and maintains acquisition plans, appropriate milestone charts, and related integrated schedules to ensure PALT and spend plan are on track.
- Advises program officials of the procurement objectives to be used and works with program to define requirements and prepare statements of work, IGCE, market research, and relevant justifications.
