We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale migration initiative transitioning approximately 300 screens from EDS & Oracle Forms to a modern Angular application using an AI-assisted conversion tool. This role will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, development, QA, and third-party vendors to ensure business requirements are accurately translated, validated, and preserved throughout the migration. The BA will play a key role in identifying functional gaps introduced by the AI-driven conversion (target 95% accuracy), clarifying business logic, and ensuring the modernized application aligns with existing workflows and user expectations.
This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role requiring strong analytical skills and experience in system transformations or ERP-type environments.
