Senior OCM Specialist

Job Location s: US-AZ | US-NV

Although primarily remote, this individual must reside in Nevada or Arizona and be able to commute to client location as needed.

Job Description

The Senior Organizational Change Analyst/Consultant plays a pivotal role in leading and managing large-scale OCM initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role involves applying advanced OCM theories and models to develop comprehensive change management plans, conducting in-depth stakeholder analyses, and assessing the impact of proposed changes. The Senior Analyst/Consultant collaborates with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective change implementation.

This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive successful organizational change.

The posted salary range for this role is 80,. The posted salary range is not an exact indication of the actual compensation offered and is instead a range of what Net Impact, in good faith, could compensate at the lowest and most high end of the salary market. In general, Net Impact may not pay the top of the salary range.

Compensation is determined by several mitigating factors including skillset, experience, training, location, and other factors including benefits packages.

Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to analyze data sources, identify the best sources for stakeholder information, and establish and maintain relationships with key points of contact
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and have a working knowledge of the organization’s business operations, objectives, and industry context to align change initiatives with strategic goals
  • Analyze the impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organization, including processes, systems, culture, and people
  • Execute a plan to collect and update stakeholder information, establish mechanisms to collect feedback for ensuring ongoing data accuracy and relevance, and adjust plan for effective change management strategy
  • Coordinate with the client and other Organizational Change Management representatives to ensure stakeholder information is consistently reviewed and updated
  • Assist in articulating requirements for the Stakeholder Management Tool to align with the needs of the stakeholders
  • Support the development, testing, and training activities related to the stakeholder management tool and coordinate with training specialist to develop training objectives in meeting OCM needs
  • Support OCM process and oversee development of OCM plans and other project deliverables: roadmap, communications plan, training plan, strategy, etc.
  • Help identify and support key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the change initiative
  • Track progress and provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support pre and post-implementation surveys and the data collection, analysis, and reporting of results
  • Ensure tool compliance with Government data categorization and protection standards
  • Apply OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Model, Lewin’s Change Management Model) to develop and implement OCM assessments and strategies
  • Work with training specialists to define training objectives and support the delivery of tailored training programs for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management, consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the purpose and benefits of change, and to engage and influence stakeholders effectively
  • Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-step Model, Lewin’s Change Management Model)
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback, identifying trends, and making recommendations to refine OCM strategies. Understands human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics in the context of change
  • Understand stakeholders needs, concerns, and influence within their organization
